Due to our continued success we are looking to expand our Growth Team with a multi-tasking superstar to focus on expanding our SME business customer base.
We are looking for a high energy, motivated sales support and customer retention expert, as enthusiastic about growing Voyager as we are.
This is a dual role – assisting the Growth Team with day to day administrative duties and as well as catering for the needs of our existing customers, with a focus on retention and maintaining strong relationships.
Who are we looking for?
- Pro-activity is part of your DNA
- You will be an organised self-starter
- Passionate about customer experience and retention
- 3-5 years’ sales support experience
- Good understanding of products and services within the ISP and Telco industry preferred
- VOIP and PABX solutions experience advantageous
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent team player
- Larger than life personality is a bonus!
