Who is this plan available to?

This plan is only available to households that meet specific eligibility criteria relating to housing, financial support, and technical availability. Check the eligibility requirements on this page before applying.

Why isn't this plan available to everyone?

This is a targeted initiative designed to support households facing barriers to accessing broadband, so it is not available to everyone.

What proof will I need to provide?

You may be asked to provide proof of address, proof of school eligibility, a current Community Services Card or MSD documentation, and other supporting information. Voyager will confirm exactly what is needed during your application.

What internet speeds are included?

The FibreAssist plan includes unlimited fibre broadband with speeds up to 100/20Mbps.

No. There is no fixed-term contract on this plan. Voyager home terms and conditions apply.

Is a modem/router included?

Yes. Voyager provides a Wi-Fi 6 router on loan for use as part of the plan. Additional terms may apply if the router is not returned when the service ends. You can also bring your own router.

Can I bring my own router?

Yes, you can use your own router.

I don't meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?

Exceptions may be considered in some circumstances. Submit an application for review if you meet at least two of the requirements.

What happens after I apply?

Voyager will review your application and supporting documents within 2-3 business days. If approved, the team will guide you through the next steps to get connected.

What if my circumstances change?

If your eligibility changes in future, Voyager may review your access to the FibreAssist plan. Voyager will communicate with you before any changes are made.

What if I don't qualify but still need a lower-cost option?

Voyager's FibreStarter plan may be a good alternative, offering unlimited fibre from $65/month with no fixed-term contract.
