According to our records, it appears that your Voyager broadband internet account is overdue.

We have endeavoured to contact you via email in addition to sending your monthly invoice statements highlighting when payment is due.

If you believe your account is current, please contact the Voyager credit services team using the details below.

Make a payment to reconnect

Your internet access has now been restricted, although you can still access the Voyager website to make a payment to reconnect your services.

Make an online payment by credit card at pay.voyager.nz or by calling us using the details below.

Once the payment is made, our credit services team will reconnect your service as soon as possible and no later than the next business day.
