UPDATE 17:20: Upstream carrier has resolved the situation and all calls are proceeding without issue.
UPDATE 17:05: The majority of calls are now successful, however we are still awaiting confirmation that the issue is understood and resolved from our upstream carrier
UPDATE 16:30: An upstream carrier is experiencing extreme loads on their services, causing a service outage. Their engineers are investigating to identify root cause.
ISSUE: Intermittent inbound calling issues are currently being experienced. Issue is related to upstream voice carrier issues. Under investigation with carrier.
