Please note Before setting up your Voyager Broadband connection, please ensure you have the eero mobile app installed, with your eero account created and signed in. Once you power on your router, the setup process will take around 5 minutes to follow the step-by-step instructions to get connected. Make sure to leave the router plugged in and complete all steps in the app to finish the setup.

Yes, you do need the app to set up and manage your eero router. From your app, you not only get access to a guided set up, but it is where you access your free eero Secure. The app allows you to customize your security, view real-time usage, and adjust settings from anywhere.
This means that you are purchasing the eero router from Voyager on a deferred payment option. Paying it off in either 12 or 24 equal monthly payments. The total purchase price for each of our payment options is the same and the Router is yours to keep, regardless of which option you choose. If you do leave Voyager before your rent to own period is up though you will need to pay the remainder of the amount owing on your final invoice from us. Read our full T&Cs here.
All eero routers come with a standard 12-month warranty from Voyager. If you experience any issues, please contact us at [email protected] and we’ll help you troubleshoot or arrange a return if needed.
