Hyperfibre 2000 offers up to 2Gbps, while Hyperfibre 4000 provides up to 4Gbps, catering to different needs for speed and performance. Although Hyperfibre 2000 will accommodate multiple high internet users simultaneously, either for business or personal use, Hyperfibre 4000 allows extra bandwidth and latency to accommodate even more extensive internet use, more demanding applications or additional users, which will futureproof your connectivity.
You will likely need a new router to fully utilise Hyperfibre's speeds. Check compatibility with your current router or contact us for recommendations.
If you don’t already have a Hyperfibre capable ONT, the installation typically takes 3-4 weeks, as it involves a visit from two technicians. One technician ensures that the fibre into your site is connected correctly to Hyperfibre-capable infrastructure. The second will swap the ONT at your premise to an upgraded Hyperfibre version if required, and then make sure that the connection is successful.
