nzcompare awards   Peoples Choice Award - 2024 Broadband Award Winner

At Voyager, our goal is and always has been to deliver an excellent customer experience, in both the products that we provide and the service our customers receive. We value your business, and that’s why we work hard to continue meeting your connectivity needs and expectations in the face of rising data usage and demands.

Over the past few years, we’ve undertaken many initiatives to continue this excellent service. Several years ago, we managed to reduce pricing on some of our fibre broadband plans and passed these savings onto you. We carried out an upgrade on our core network in Auckland to ensure excellent speed and reliability, even as Kiwis consume on average 15% more data year on year. We also recently upgraded several of our fibre plans to triple the speed – for free! Our latest investment - a major nationwide 100 gigabit network upgrade - is another assurance to you that our services will remain fast and reliable and will also enable us to provide new services, like Hyperfibre, in the near future.

Throughout all of this, our supplier and third-party costs have steadily risen year on year. Over our lifetime, Voyager has never passed these costs on to our business customers, instead choosing to absorb them ourselves to avoid raising prices. However, as with many other ISPs, our costs have risen significantly to the point where we can no longer avoid making changes without compromising our level of service.

As a result, effective 1 September 2023, we are adjusting our Business Broadband prices & removing legacy discounts.

Our Home Broadband prices for Fibre 300 and ADSL/VDSL will be adjusted from 1 October 2023.

Please reach out to our business sales team if you would like to discuss other options, such as moving to Cloud Voice, or taking advantage of some of our multi-year pricing options.
