We believe that “unlimited” should mean unlimited: no slowdown, no traffic shaping, no hidden charges. We want to make sure that is true for everyone.
As much as we can, we’ll let you do whatever you want on our network as fast as you can, but sometimes there’s a chance that very, very high usage will start to affect our other customers or result in the cost for us to provide the service to you to be significantly more than the revenue we receive from you. If that happens, we’ll talk to you about solutions that work both for you, us and for our other customers. We define “Fair Use” to mean the usage patterns of 99% of our users, assessed on a monthly basis. If you’re in the 1%, we’ll be in touch, but don’t worry, we won’t spring anything on you without talking to you first.
We may at any stage change this Fair Use Policy. You will be notified of any changes by the posting of an updated version of the relevant policy on our website.
