At Voyager, our commitment has always been to provide outstanding service and reliable products that keep you connected. We truly value your loyalty and strive to keep delivering a high level of service, which has earned us the Broadband Compare People's Choice Award three years in a row.

While we are always mindful of the financial pressures our customers face, the reality is that we are also experiencing rising costs. This includes annual increases from local fibre providers and broader operational expenses associated with maintaining a robust network that delivers optimum uptime and speeds.

To reflect rising costs, we have adjusted our plans as outlined below. These changes will be going live on 1st September 2025.

What do I need to do?

Nothing! Your services will keep on working without interruption.

If we've notified you about a change in price, you only need to take action if you'd like to switch to one of our other plans or want to fine-tune the services you're using.

Due to supplier cost increases, pricing adjustments for our Home Fibre & ADSL/VDSL Broadband plans are now required to avoid compromising our level of service. Our ADSL/VDSL, Fibre 500, 920 and Hyperfibre Broadband plans pricing will all be increasing by $5/month incl GST.


When will our new pricing take effect?

The new Home Broadband pricing will be effective as of 1st September 2025.

Can I change to another broadband plan?

Yes, we offer a wide range of broadband plans designed to suit a variety of home needs.

If you are in contract, and are wanting to change to another Voyager plan, please note that Early Termination fees will not apply. Your contract term will restart based on the new plan you choose.


ADSL/VDSL

With the phase-out of ADSL/VDSL where fibre is available, we are updating our Business ADSL/VDSL Broadband plans. These will now be offered to new customers on an open-term basis only.

Existing customers on contract term plans will no longer be charged an Early Termination Fee (ETF), providing flexibility to switch to fibre when it becomes available. Customers on a 36-month term contract term will receive a price increase of $6/month, excluding GST.


Business Hyperfibre

Due to supplier cost increases, pricing adjustments for our Business Hyperfibre 2000 & 4000 Broadband plans are now required to avoid compromising our level of service. Our Business Hyperfibre 2000 & 4000 Broadband plans pricing will be increasing by $5/month excl GST.


When will our new pricing & term take effect?

The new pricing for ADSL/VDSL and Business Hyperfibre, and the move to open-term contracts for ADSL/VDSL plans only, will be effective as of 1st September 2025.

Can I change to another broadband plan?

For ADSL/VDSL, depending on the availability in your area, you can change to a Voyager Fibre Broadband plan without paying an early termination fee.
