While we’re always mindful of the financial pressures our customers face, the reality is that we too, are dealing with rising expenses. Over the past three years, Voyager has absorbed infrastructure cost increases from multiple vendors ranging from 20-76%, to ensure the seamless delivery of your Broadband services. This is in addition to increasing costs from local fibre companies, averaging between 4-13% this year alone.

Due to these increases, our Broadband plan pricing is being adjusted to ensure we can continue to provide an outstanding broadband service.

What do I need to do?

Nothing! Your services will keep on working without interruption

If we've notified you about a change in price, you only need to take action if you'd like to switch to one of our other plans or want to fine-tune what services you're using.

Due to supplier cost increases, pricing adjustment for our Business Broadband plans is now required to avoid compromising our level of service. Our Business Broadband plans pricing will be increasing by $5-10/month excl GST.

Due to supplier cost increases, pricing adjustment for our Home Broadband plans is now required to avoid compromising our level of service. Our Fibre 300, 920 and ADSL/VDSL Home Broadband plans pricing will be increasing by $4-10/month incl GST. Home Hyperfibre pricing remains unchanged.

Although we focus on delivering premium connectivity, we don't want your budget to be a barrier to enjoying the Voyager service, so we have created a basic plan, Fibre Starter 50, for $65 per month on a 12 month term contract. Sign-up before 1 March 2025 and receive a discounted rate of $60/month until 1st March, then $65/month for the remainder of your 12-month contract. This will become available on 1st November 2024, when the updated pricing goes live. As per our terms and conditions, prices and terms are subject to change, provided we give our customers 30 days’ notice before the changes take effect. Communications were sent to all affected customers on 30th September prior to the 1st November 2024 effective date, thereby providing the required notice period.

Yes. 30 days’ notice is required for cancelling any Voyager service as per our terms and conditions.
