Voyager Prize Terms & Conditions – The David Awards

Standard Terms: Voyager’s General Terms & Conditions for Business services apply, in addition to these product-specific terms. Click here to read our Business terms and conditions.

1. Winner Profile Feature

   • Each David Awards category winner will receive one dedicated winner profile feature on Voyager’s social media channels.
   • Winners agree to participate in reasonable content creation activities and provide any information, imagery, or access required to create the feature.
   • Content publication timing and channel selection will be determined by Voyager.
   • The Supreme Award Winner will additionally receive one feature within a Voyager email newsletter, subject to newsletter scheduling and editorial requirements.

2. AI Business Consultation

   • Each winner will receive one complimentary AI Business Consultation with a Voyager AI specialist.
   • The consultation is intended to provide general business guidance and recommendations only and does not constitute professional, financial, legal, or technical advice.
   • Consultation sessions must be redeemed within 12 months of the award announcement unless otherwise agreed by Voyager.

3. Voyager Voice AI Agents (VAIA) Offer

   • Winners will be eligible for preferential pricing on Voyager Voice AI Agents (VAIA).
   • The specific discount, offer structure, eligibility requirements, and minimum contract terms (if applicable) will be determined by Voyager and communicated directly to winners.
   • Any VAIA service remains subject to Voyager’s standard service terms, availability, technical requirements, and credit approval processes.
   • The offer is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

4. General

   • All prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative products or services.
   • Voyager reserves the right to substitute any prize component with an alternative of equal or greater value where reasonably necessary.
   • Voyager reserves the right to amend these prize terms where required due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
