Offer valid for new Voyager Voice customers who sign up to Voyager Voice and VAIA before 11:59pm NZST, 31 August 2026.
Eligible customers will receive a one-off credit equal to their first month’s Voyager Voice charges, up to a maximum value of NZD $400 (excl. GST).
The offer applies to Voyager Voice monthly service charges only and does not include onboarding fees, hardware, shipping, professional services, call charges (where applicable), or any other one-off or third-party charges.
Customers whose first month’s eligible Voyager Voice charges exceed $400 will be responsible for paying the balance above the $400 credit.
If the total eligible Voyager Voice charges for the first month are less than $400, any unused portion of the credit will be forfeited. The credit is not transferable, refundable, redeemable for cash, or available for future billing periods.
The promotional credit will be applied once only to the customer’s first eligible monthly invoice.
To qualify, customers must enter into a minimum 12-month Voyager Voice agreement.
This offer is available only to customers purchasing Voyager Voice together with VAIA.
