Hyperfibre Broadband Promotional Offer Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the promotional offer provided by Voyager (“Provider”) for residential and business broadband services within New Zealand. These Terms are in addition to Voyager’s General Terms & Conditions for Consumer Services and Voyager’s Consumer Broadband Service Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility

• This promotional offer is available to new and existing Voyager customers.
• This promotion applies only to Hyperfibre Home and Business connections services, and only for a fixed contract term (12/24/36 months).
• The promotional period for this offer is valid until September 30th, 2024, 12 am.
• This promotional offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

2. Contract Term

• The promotional offer requires an initial fixed 12/24/36-month contract term. After the 12/24/36-month term expires, the account will move onto a no-term basis. Please note that 30 days’ notice will apply for cancellation.
• Early termination fee of $99 applies if the service is cancelled prior to the completion of the 12/24/36-month term.

3. Discount Period

• The special “$100 Credit for Hyperfibre Broadband” promotion for Voyager’s standard Hyperfibre broadband price is valid at the confirmation of your contract.
• This promotion can only be used once per Hyperfibre broadband plan sign-up.
• The $100 Credit will be inclusive of GST.

4. General Terms and Conditions

• Voyager’s General Terms & Conditions for Consumer Services and Voyager’s Consumer Broadband Service Terms & Conditions also apply to this promotional offer.
• If there is any inconsistency between these Hyperfibre Broadband Promotional Offer Terms and Conditions and the General Terms and Conditions, then these Hyperfibre Broadband Promotional Offer Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
