We’re taking care of business, now 7 days a week

We’re already chuffed to say that 80% of our support calls are answered within 60 seconds, and from 1st July 2019, we’re excited to announce that our business support hours are now 8am to 10pm, 7 days a week.

We serve all types of customers – from retail shops to nationwide branches to 24/7 international operations – so we know business doesn’t always stop when the clock hits 5. That’s why we’ve been working hard with our support teams to extend our business support hours so that we’ll be here when you need us.

Our extended support hours mean you can access our same great service whether your day ends at 6pm or 10pm. The Voyager business support team will be able to assist you with:

  • Broadband and Voice technical support
  • Fault logging after hours and through the weekends
  • Quicker resolution of issues reported in the evenings and weekends
  • General customer service
