Celebrating the Unsung Heroes in NZ Small Business
Voyager has officially signed on as principal sponsor for 2022’s The David Awards, which recognise and celebrate the small business heroes who contribute so much to New Zealand, our communities, their families, and the Kiwi business landscape.
“We are delighted to partner with The David Awards,” says Seeby Woodhouse, Voyager Founder. “Small and home businesses have always made massive contributions to New Zealand; everyone knows, loves, or uses a small business. As a Kiwi business ourselves, the team at Voyager understands the struggles, trials, and efforts involved in running a small business, so we feel strongly that these business owners deserve to be recognised and rewarded.”
The David Awards are open to all small, micro and home businesses within New Zealand. Any business with up to 10 full-time equivalent employees is eligible for entry. With 8 categories in this year’s awards, including a People’s Choice award, Voyager is hopeful that owners will take the time to enter and shine a spotlight on their efforts.
“Many of our own customers are small Kiwi businesses, so it was a natural fit that we support The David Awards,” says Deidre Steyn, Voyager Chief Commercial Officer. “Running a business is already hard enough, which is why it’s Voyager’s mission is to help businesses – especially smaller ones that may not know where to start – find the right digital tools to make their jobs easier.”
Entries are open now and can be submitted until 5pm on 12th August. Click here for entry details.
Good luck to all this year’s entrants, we look forward to celebrating the winners in October!
