We’re rapt!

On the 2nd of November, Voyager attended the Broadband Compare Awards in Auckland and we were stoked to be ‘highly commended’ for our commitment to customer service.

Voyager has had an exciting year of developments in customer service; we have set up an entire residential helpdesk office based in Wellington, we extended our support hours to evenings and weekends, and we have received some fantastic reviews from customers along the way.
