Application of these terms and conditions
- These Equipment Supply Terms (“Equipment Terms”) apply to router equipment you use in association with Voyager’s broadband services and to the supply by Voyager of equipment (“Equipment”) to you as a business broadband and/or communications customer, and in relation to the supply of Equipment where you:
- Purchase such Equipment from Voyager with an upfront payment; and/or
- Choose to purchase Equipment from Voyager with deferred payments over a set number of monthly payments.
- These Equipment Terms are supplementary to Voyager’s General Terms & Conditions for Business Services, the Business Broadband Service Terms & Conditions, and our Privacy Policy. Where there is any inconsistency between these Equipment Terms and Voyager’s other applicable terms, then to the extent that the inconsistency (if any) relates to the supply of broadband equipment then these Equipment Terms will take precedence and apply. - Are purchasing the Equipment for business purposes and you acknowledge and agree that the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 does not apply.

Equipment

Equipment Purchase – Available Equipment
- You may purchase the following Equipment from Voyager to use with your business broadband and/or Voyager Voice One services:

- If you purchase multiple items of Equipment in a single transaction, Voyager will use reasonable efforts to ship them in one package, incurring a single postage and handling fee. If separate shipments are necessary, an additional fee may apply for each delivery.
- Listed Equipment prices do not include setup or installation costs.
- Compatibility
- If you have purchased broadband equipment from a provider other than Voyager, we cannot guarantee compatibility between that equipment and any Equipment supplied by Voyager, even if both are the same brand.

Payment Options
- Upfront Payment
If you choose to pay for your Equipment upfront, the charges for the Equipment and any applicable postage or handling will be included on your next bill for Voyager services, after the Equipment has been dispatched and the associated services have been provisioned. - Deferred Payment
If you choose to pay for your Equipment through deferred payments, you will pay the total cost of the Equipment over 12 or 24 months in equal monthly instalments.- These monthly payments will appear on your monthly bill for Voyager services for a period of 12 or 24 months. The first instalment, along with any applicable postage and handling fees, will be included on your bill for Voyager services following the dispatch of the Equipment and the associated services have been provisioned. - If you terminate all services with Voyager and cease to be a customer before you have made all 12 or 24 monthly payments, you will need to pay the outstanding balance owed for the Equipment. Voyager will include the final amount owing on your next, or final, bill after you terminate your services with Voyager.
- Late payment charges will apply for monthly invoices not paid in accordance with Voyager’s General Terms & Conditions for Business Services (see in particular clause 5 of the general terms found at https://voyager.nz/terms/business#5-overdue-accounts).

eero Equipment and eero Secure
- Activation of eero Equipment
- To activate and set up the eero equipment provided by Voyager, you must register your equipment using the eero app. Please refer to the privacy section below for details on how eero may use your personal information.
- In the rare event that you are unable to install your eero equipment due to the absence of a compatible smartphone, we may be able to assist you over the phone. Please contact us on 0800 477 333.
- The eero App, eero Secure and eero+ (as referred to below) are provided by eero. eero products and services are subject to the disclaimers located at https://eero.com/legal/disclaimers.
- eero Secure
- If you purchase an eero device from Voyager, we may provide you access to the “eero Secure” service at no additional cost while the device is used on a Voyager broadband service. This is subject to Voyager having an active agreement with eero that permits us to offer the service. Eero Secure will not be available through Voyager if the device is used with another broadband provider.
- eero Secure includes additional security and safety features to elevate your eero experience. Details of eero Secure, eero+, and other additional information regarding the eero devices and services is available at https://voyager.nz/business/eero/.
- Voyager may, at any time, notify you that it intends to terminate the provision of the eero Secure service to you or introduce charges for the eero Secure service, or implement changes to the eero Secure service as advised by eero. Voyager will endeavour to give you at least 30 days’ notice prior to any material change, but cannot guarantee the minimum notice period as this is subject to advice received from eero. Where applicable, Voyager will also communicate any alternative options available as a result of the change.
- eero Secure includes access to eero Internet Backup, which requires a compatible backup internet connection within range of a compatible eero device (e.g. a mobile phone personal hotspot). eero does not guarantee uninterrupted service, and brief network downtime may occur during failover. You are responsible for any data charges incurred through your backup internet provider and for ensuring appropriate and authorised use. Network speeds depend on the backup provider, and may vary based on coverage, uptime, technology, and other factors. If there is an outage, you will need a backup power source. Some eero features may not be compatible with eero Internet Backup.
- eero for Business
- eero for Business is an optional add-on subscription, subject to Voyager maintaining an active agreement that permits us to offer the service.
- Eero for Business includes the following additional benefits, which may be updated from time to time by our supplier. If there is a material change to these benefits, Voyager will endeavour to provide at least 30 days’ notice.
- eero Insight for business owners dashboard
- Multiple SSIDs (up to 4 SSIDs)
- Captive Portal with bandwidth and session limits for guests
- Public static IP support
- Activation of eero Equipment

Delivery
We will deliver your Equipment to the physical address you have provided. We are unable to deliver routers to PO Boxes, Private Bags, or international addresses. You will be notified once your Equipment has been dispatched, including tracking details and an estimated delivery date where available. Please note that delivery times are not guaranteed, and Voyager will not be liable for any loss, cost, or expense resulting from delivery delays. A signature will be required upon delivery. If no one is available at the address to accept the delivery, our courier may leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection from a depot. -
Title and Risk
You will take ownership of and be responsible for all purchased Equipment upon delivery, regardless of the payment option selected.- If your Equipment arrives damaged or is not functioning correctly, please contact us on 0800 477 333. We will provide instructions on how to return the Equipment for repair and outline the process.
- Purchased Equipment may be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. Any claims under that warranty are subject to the terms and conditions specified in the warranty documentation provided with your Equipment.

Cancellation and Returns
- We do not accept returns of purchased Equipment if you change your mind, unless a cooling off period applies to you. However, you may cancel your purchase if Voyager is unable to deliver your Equipment within a reasonable timeframe from the date of your order or within the estimated delivery timeframe provided at the time of purchase.
- If we have listed an incorrect price or provided inaccurate information about the purchased Equipment, or if the item is out of stock for any reason, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

Liability
- To the extent permitted by law, Voyager excludes all liability to you or any other person for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss or damages of any kind (however caused or arising) in connection with the supply or sale of the Equipment, or the provision of eero Secure or eero+. This includes, without limitation, any loss arising from order delays or cancellations, or from the discontinuation of eero Secure or eero for Business. Where liability cannot be excluded, Voyager’s maximum liability to you in relation to the supply or sale of Equipment, or the provision of eero Secure, is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant Equipment.

Privacy
- By receiving free Equipment, purchasing Equipment, or receiving eero Secure, you consent to Voyager, its supplier, and their service providers collecting, holding, using, and disclosing your personal information as outlined below.
- Voyager will collect, use, and disclose your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and our Privacy Policy, available at https://voyager.nz/terms/privacy. We may also use your personal information as needed to deliver insight and support services related to your Equipment, and to provide any other services we offer you. These services may include both reactive and proactive issue monitoring, management, and resolution.
- To supply your Equipment and related services (such as eero Secure), we may need to share certain personal information with our suppliers, including logistics providers. Our suppliers may also disclose that information to their own service providers, some of whom may be located outside of New Zealand. Any such information will only be used to deliver your Equipment, provide related services on our behalf, or as otherwise required or permitted by law.
- eero equipment must be registered with eero to function and to enable you access to eero Secure, where applicable. eero will manage your personal information in accordance with its obligations under applicable privacy laws, as detailed in its Privacy Policy available at https://eero.com/legal/privacy?lang=en-nz.

General
- As noted herein these terms and conditions are to be read in conjunction with Voyager’s General Terms & Conditions for Business Services (see https://voyager.nz/terms). and as such Voyager will not be liable for any errors or delay in performing any of its obligations if such errors or delay is caused by circumstances beyond Voyager’s reasonable control.
- These terms are governed by, and are to be interpreted in accordance with, the laws of New Zealand
